## 1. Our Services

The Services are designed to help you create and optimize marketing visuals using data, design, and AI. The Services are not intended for use in jurisdictions where such use would violate local laws or require specific regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA).

## 2. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including content, software, and trademarks, are owned or licensed by us. You may access and use the Services for your internal business purposes only. Any other use requires our written permission.

## 3. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and not engage in prohibited activities such as attempting to hack or misuse the Services.

## 4. User Accounts

You may need to register for an account to use certain features of the Services. Keep your password secure, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

## 5. Purchases and Payments

We primarily accept payments through the Shopify Partner Program. We also accept other forms of payment, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services.

## 6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription through your Shopify dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused portions of your subscription.

## 7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the six months prior to the event causing the claim, in line with industry standards.

## 8. Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving disputes informally, but if necessary, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Arlington, VA, under AAA rules. You waive the right to a jury trial.

## 10. Partner Program Terms

### Commission Structure

We offer a 20% commission on Net Revenue for one year to approved partners. The minimum payout threshold is $20.00. Payments are processed monthly.

### Program Participation

To participate, you must comply with the general terms outlined in our standard Terms of Service. Participation is contingent upon approval by Grid & Pixel, and can be terminated if these terms are breached.

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the changes.
